Buna — meaning "coffee" in Amharic — is more than a word to us. It is a greeting, a promise of warmth, and an invitation to slow down. Our journey began in the coffee-growing regions of Ethiopia, where the finest Arabica beans have been cultivated for over a thousand years.
Today, we bring that heritage to Greenville, Wisconsin. Every bean we serve is carefully selected, freshly roasted in small batches, and ground to order. Our pastries are baked each morning — some recipes passed down through generations, others inspired by the flavors of East Africa.
